Are your nannies verified? Do you do police verification?+
We check their ID and address (Aadhaar), look at their past work, speak to their references and meet them in person. Police verification is available as an optional paid extra. We tell you if it has been done before you confirm.
Can I meet the nanny before I decide?+
Yes. You see suitable profiles and talk to the caregiver before you decide.
What if the caregiver is not right for us?+
We send a new caregiver within 2 working days while your plan is active. You’ll know the replacement rules before you pay.
Can I get a babysitter at short notice in Bangalore?+
Instant Booking is for 2 to 24 hours, from ₹250 an hour + GST. Send us a request and we look for someone free near you. Your booking is confirmed only when our team accepts it.
